he vineyard:

To preserve our environment we limit the use of treatments to their strict necessity and plant systematically grass between the rows. In addition plantations densities are voluntary very high -7000 stocks per hectare for the reds – the highest in Côtes de Gascogne- in order to produce wines that are elegant and racy.

Also we carry out numerous manual interventions during the vegetative cycle such as de-budding (ébourgeonnage), traininig vines on wires (palissage) and green harvests.

The terroir:

Two kinds of soils: one clay-limestone, typical from the north of Gers which give these Gascony wines particularly ...and fruity.

The other one, homeland of our grands vins, called “Peyrusquet” which characterizes by a not too deep soil on original limestone rock from Lectoure producing naturally low yields.

The climate:

Oceanic weather with the influence of southern winds. These winds favour the maturation of the grapes and prevent from

disease appearance.

The cellar:

The cellar is equipped with cement tanks and stainless vats all thermo-regulated, one pneumatic press and one barrels winery for the grands vins. An other barrels winery is entirely devoted to the spirits.
